Yes — HAVIX ships internationally. We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders, with most deliveries arriving within approximately 7–13 business days depending on your location, local customs processing, and peak periods. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped so you can keep an eye on your drop the whole way.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the item. We’ll always do our best to make things right with a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
